How to use:

• Start the treatment without any weight 
• Try to keep it entered 15/20 min.
• You should remain standing or moving about during this time, never sitting or at rest.
• By its own weight it will start to descend and fall. This will generate a spontaneous reflex contraction of the pelvic floor muscles.
• Maintain this routine for the necessary days until you can support (retain) this weight in total comfort.
• Add the next weight and repeat the process daily
